QM Corporation was founded by Foster Mullen in 1986 offering families like opportunities to travel and enjoy spending time with loved ones. Mr. Mullen had been involved for over 30 years in various successful projects ranging from commercial to residential developments, with over 25 years of resort operations. Since 1986, Mr. Mullen was owner and President of QM Resorts and was directly involved in interval ownership. We began offering vacation ownership at the Thunderbird Resort Club in Sparks, Nevada. We have since expanded and now offer a variety of properties and businesses in Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe. as well as a host of services including sales and marketing, reservations, front desk, maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, finance, titles and records, resort management, , general construction, general realty sales and services and construction and thus the evolution of QM Resorts, Interval Management, Z Corporation and Sparks Realty.
